maintaining, after loss.

So I'm about 10 pounds to where I'd like to be, my problem is I'm not sure how to maintain. I'm currently eating about 1300 cals a day. As well as doing Jillian dvds. I'd Luke to continue toning but I don't want to lose too much more weight.
My stomach is still loose. My legs are super toned, as well ad my shoulders and back. Anyone have any tips on how to eat and excersise once I hit my goal?

When within 10 pounds of goal, drop your loss to 0.5 lb/week loss. That means you will only be in a 250 calorie deficit, making it easier to transition to maintenance. Just because you reach your goal weight doesn't mean you'll be tight and toned. I have been setting fitness goals for myself since maintaining and look better now than I did when I got to my goal weight (I've been maintaining since February).
Good luck, maintenance is a great place to be!0
