Ok, so my daily calorie intake is 1300, I burn 320 a day so my calories are usually around 1300-1350, my net being around 1000... is this ok? Or should my net be higher?

When it says your goal is 1300, it means your net goal is 1300.0

Well then how come its red when you're over your daily calorie intake? And you are "over your calorie goal" according to mfp...
I don't understand, I've been using mfp for 2 months and I keep seeing people talk about their net calories, which i didn't really think mattered...0
