You look fabulous! How does it FEEL? I don't remember what it felt like to have a waist and that is what I'm waiting for! Congratulations!
-
I'm so glad you stated how tall you are! Even at 210 you did not "appear" overweight at all! I, too and 6' tall, only 268lbs. I started at 285 though I don't see a difference. I can't wait for the day I can post a 180lbs picture! Congratulations!!!

AWESOME!!! Keep up the great work and enjoy the results!!!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I also just realized, that my little ticker there at the bottom of my posts is broken up into 15.625lb segments. This means I have passed the first tick mark on my ticker!!! AAAAND... I just walked a mile in 20 minutes!

I'm not able to run yet, so I walk the whole time. I try to do a fast paced walk and actually succeeded in walking 2 miles in 30 minutes. This is a first for me! A few more times and I will start adding the jogging and see how I feel after that. Had I gone right into the jogging, I would have quit right away because it's…

I lost a bald eagle!

Were you strictly veggie-saurus or did you dabble in Boca / Morning Star / Amy's?
-
What a fabulous husband you have!!! Keep up the great work!

Hello! I was just going through posts looking for someone to help me be accountable! I need to lose 125lbs (lost 10 already).
-
You look fabulous!!! Congratulations! Seeing your success gives me hope in losing the 125lbs I need to drop. Thank you for sharing!

There is a tremendous difference in your face! Don't worry, you are making progress and it is visibly evident! Keep up the great work and soon you'll see for yourself! By the way, congrats on fitting in a belt... I don't remember the last time a belt went around my waist!

I have heard from veggie-friends that it made it easier to switch to the veggie lifestyle if they "tricked themselves" rather than eating the real thing. We have a couple of veggie-saurus' living with us and with how they cook, we've been slowly shifting over to some veggie based foods without complaint! Granted, it is…

Whoo hoo! Congratulations!!! :drinker:

Fabulous! Great work and very inspiring!

Hey Jxnsmma... Easy to talk when you read one thing and then block all your information from everyone else. What does your diary look like. Nice how you take this past Saturday as an example... did you bother to look at the exercise? That's just the exercise, we weren't able to cook that day because we spent the entire…

Can't see the pictures

Thanks for all the information. I was snacking on my carrots and they just weren't doing anything for me. I made it to 11:30 and have lunch in hand... well... in box. I only have so much I bring to work with me, so I try to space it out so I am not hungry thoughout the day. Today, though, I'm just starving for some reason!

Oh, those are "squat-thrusts". Never heard them referred to as burpees before.
-
It has 2g of dietary fiber. Isn't there fiber in the fruits and veggies though?
-
There sure is a difference! Congratulations!

What is a "Burpee"?

Before I got pregnant with my first son (back in 1994) I was an unintentional 120ish lbs (way too thin for my 6' frame). I could eat anything, wear anything, do anything. Upon leaving the hospital I was 180lbs. I hovered between 180 and 160 for a year before becoming pregnant with my second son... then it was somewhere in…

OMG... you had to write about gyros!!! I'm going to be tasting them until I figure out how to not eat them!!! Those are one of my BIGGEST weaknesses!!!
-
Congrats to both of you!!!!

I am trying to make sure I eat enough to keep me "not hungry" most of the time, then when the opportunity to cheat comes up... I really don't care one way or the other. Yeah, smells and looks good... but if I'm not hungry I just won't eat it.
-
I weigh in every morning... before breakfast but after the morning bathroom routine... and before getting dressed. I'm not so much obsessive about it but just keeping track of what I'm doing day to day and trying to figure out how my body reacts to a cheat day or a heavy exercise day, etc. It's just my personal way to keep…

Don't sweat it! The other day I had an almost 900 calorie sandwich because we catered in at work!!! You'll be okay, walk at lunch, keep your water going and then work out this evening. You'll balance for the day.
