This is false. Eating 5-6 small meals a day will not speed up your metabolism. The biggest thing is making sure that you are eating enough. Meal frequency should be based on your preference.

Yes- as fat decreases around that area, more will be visible and...useable. 42lbs down=no complaints from my wife.

Experiment- find what works for you. If you want to try low/no carb, do it and see how you feel. I would suggest more protein based off of what you have in your food diary, but I personally would not eliminate/drastically reduce carbs.
