I am sticking to 1200 on days i don't workout, on workout days i eat back most of my calories but don't go over 1550. I have lost 12lbs in 5 weeks now :-)

mmmh i love tuna. I get the solid white albacore and squeeze all the water out so its nice and dry. Lots of onions and a balsamic vinagrette...mmmmmmmmmh! Actually had tuna for lunch:bigsmile:

the only thing for me that works is to go upstairs brush my teeth and stay in the bedroom (far away from the kitchen)

I agree with everyone else. Diet is key! I have noticed that especially cardio workouts help me lose weight quicker, but i do strength training at least once a week also. I try to have a 700-1000 calorie deficit daily...

wow ok i just did the challenge we had for this at the gym and my time was 2min 48sec! WOOOHOOO! I beat the leading time for the women by 15 sec!

After about 45 min my right foot goes numb too, i just tough it out another 10-15 minutes
