Got to say starting to struggle with my diet as running out of ideas and as for the water I’m only getting 2 500ml bottles in me :(

Defo no more excuses I am doing this challenge and my diet as I’ve not been doing it but still moaning I’m to big to fit in wedding dress!! Time to get motivated and do something about it...! I'm soooooo bad I've had few bad things lately so not been tracking posting even doing water but I'm back know is anyone still doing this challenge or just starting I know it were for just 4 weeks and good to see everyone else been doing amazing xxx

Week 2 day 1 and 4 bottles down feeling proud :) Although finding I need to pee more often not so good lol

Well done you for drinking water at a party if I were stronger I might of lost this week instead of a gain :( Bring on next week so this week I'm not the biggest loser as I gained but how has everyone else done did they manage to lose at all? Week two weight is 70.3kg, bring on this week I WILL do this :)

Ok so I've been struggling with this if I'm honest half way through week Monday were a no go at all, Tuesday I managed 2 bottles of my 500ml, Wednesday mmmm maybe just 2 and today I've had one I need to stay on track lol how's everyone else doing? Xx

Day one I failed oops lol but I've weighed myself today picture attached and I'm going to get theses 4 bottles in me today feeling determined report later xx well done everyone that's done so far xx

That's fine Hun what ever you feel comfortable doing even if you just want to post about the water each day and how many you managed with out the weigh in that's fine Hun as my partner won't do the water but he will do the weigh in xx

Yeahhh we start Monday I will post my first weight :/ no laughing and then let you all know how I get on with my bottles of water :)

Ok my thought process were we are recommended by the NHS to have 2 litres of water a day= 8 glasses water they say! So my sports bottle holds 500ml which is 2 glasses of water 250ml, so I figure late at night in my attempt to encourage myself to have more water I need to have the 8 glasses of water a day that would mean 4…

I also have wedding dress I want to get into and look my best on the day I have put over 2 stone on :(

I defo don't consume more than I think I am my problem is getting me to eat earlier, I will try and force breakfast in me in the morning as I know this is very important and my partner has started to say we will meet for lunch each day when I'm in the area as I'm a mobile cleaner that is in different areas from day to day.…
