Recommend it a thousand times over. You'll find most of MFPers who have completed it will tell you the same. Going back for a 2nd round later this year ^_^

No, that seems like an unhealthy obsession.

Try Hip Hop Abs. It made me fall in love with working out.

You've got the wrong end of the stick. It's not whether life will imitate "art" (and I use that as loosely as possible) but that "art" (loose, again) is imitating life. We live in a society where this is entertainment. I recommend watching the movie Idiocracy. I also recommend cancelling your cable subscriptions and…

This question can be answered by this clip from Joe Rogan's Stand up routine: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=55hdt0Pgpbw To quote Joe Rogan:

Insanity. All the push ups, squats, and jumping you could ever hope for ^_^

As a PP said, you're not eating enough. You need to put your weight and everything into MFP and let it calculate a deficit for you (which will probably be higher than 1200 cals / day) and then you need to eat more on days you exercise. I go by the estimated cals burned on the site when I input my exercise, but many use…

Personally, I try to eat 75% to 100% of those exercise calories back, as MFP will already have you operating on a deficit. What I found with exercise is that my own self led exercise regime (such as using the cross trainer) wasn't nearly as intensive as a fitness DVD (I just completed the 60 day Insanity program). Insanity…

A year ago I was in the same boat. I started exercising using Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. This is great for new moms, in my opinion, for a number of reasons: - Strength and cardio for fat burning and toning. - Only 20 minutes a day, which is all my daughter would allow me to do when she was 2-3 months old. - Eases you…

I'm pretty sure they are all *kitten* flavored, despite what they say on the container. I use this: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B000OC1U4O/ref=oss_product Chocolate *kitten*. mmmm.

I started at 205 lbs and am presently on Week 7. It's possible. Just do what you can do. You're not going to keep up with the people in the video (and even they are dropping occasionally) but you need to push yourself as hard as you can go. I've seen amazing changes in the shape on my body since starting, as well as great…

Totally agree with a previous poster who recommended the 30 Day Shred. It's a DVD workout, cheap, and it's only 20 minutes a day.

Are you also fleshandredlace? If so, I think I know you from pwned.com back in the day! My advice would simply be to not diet. I don't, I simply eat in moderation. I learned how to cook, and prepare meals from scratch and in smaller quantity but I don't lack for anything, not even the occasional dessert, I simply do it all…

Agreed, read that link. I have it bookmarked for when I need a mental pick me up. Also to add with recovery, you need to drink more water and eat more protein in addition to having rest days.
