  • Insanity is 40 ish minutes a day, not under 30 but close. Hip Hop Abs is 40 - 60 minutes a day depending on the day of the schedule. You could do this and, on the days of doubled up workouts, do only one... that would keep the workouts under 30 minutes.

  • Possibly a diuretic effect, but probably just down to you drinking more water. I find I do not lose if I am not drinking at least 8 glasses a day.
