2nd toe. By a long shot!

I live in central Maine. Can I come stay at your house and you come stay at mine... let's plan for a week in mid-January. :-) Try this: http://www.mooseheadcabins.com/maine_winter_vacation.html. Or, Google cabin rentals in Greenville, Maine and plan to come up here in mid to late January. You'll see some good snow and…

THIS! YUM! Seriously though... I eat a lot of chicken and sometimes eat it without seasonings, but I usually use Sodium Free Ms. Dash.... it kicks it up a little.

I love to eat! And, as a friend says, I do eat ALL THE FOODS! I workout every day and lifting is a part of that. Friend me if you'd like. My diary is open. I've been doing this a while. :)

I suggest circuit training... Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred is great. It has cardio plus weight intervals. That was the 1st program I did when I started MFP and had great results. Good luck!

My go-to snack food list: * apples dipped in peanut butter (my fav) * bananas * Sargento reduced fat cheese sticks * fat free popcorn * Nature Valley granola bars * red pepper hummus and reduced fat wheat thins * sugar free pudding cups if I need something sweet

This is a great way to explain it! I'm going to copy this!

That's funny about the nude and the prude - I hadn't heard that before. Nudity in "public" just isn't in the cards for me, but good for you for living your life the way you choose and being proud of it!
-
Oh, I'm not a prude, and am not passing judgement. I should have elaborated on my earlier comment. To each their own. I, personally, just had an idea in my head of what it might be like on said nude beach, and it was nothing like what I imagined. I was secretly hoping for hot playmates and young Ryan Reynolds look-a-likes.…

My sister in law is a stay at home mom, who chases her kids all day, and who is very OCD about a clean house, and who works out every day. I'm quite sure she needs 2000 or close to it just to have enough energy to get through her normal day. I'm 5'11" and MFP set my maintenance at 1950... that's pretty close.

My husband and I went to Jamaica this past March and stayed at a Sandals resort. One afternoon we walked next door to the nudist resort just to check things out, and let me just tell you... the human body is not very pretty unless you take care of it!

I started jogging a few months ago to train for an obstacle course race. My race was last weekend (I came in 4th!) and I'd planned to stop running after and go back to my regular workout routines. Well, MUCH to my surprise, I actually missed it! I ran 3 miles after work last night and enjoyed all three! I felt so great…

For me it really depends on the day and what's going on. If I drive to my regular office (an hour away), I shoot for 1/2 hour. If I can work locally, I'll get in an hour. If both of my kiddos have sports in the evenings, I just skip a day and try not to feel guilty about it. :) And, I do various forms of exercise... some…

Too funny! 3 years ago, working out w/ my kiddos around was a pain. Now it's inspiring. I work harder knowing my 11 yo daughter is watching me. She now asks when and what workout I'm doing each evening to see if she wants to join in or not. And, my 7 yo son can do more pushups than I can, so that is just great motivation!…

HAHAHAHA!

Congratulations! That is HUGE! Way to go!
-
Wow! Be so proud of yourself! You look amazing and strong! Congrats! I love TF too.

My 11 year old loves to sit on her bum too, and she's going to be someone who as an adult may struggle w/ being chubby. She plays sports, but in between seasons it's really hard to get her motivated. This past winter, my husband and I created a work-out chart for her. If she could exercise at least 20 minutes 5 days a week…

Am laughing my butt off!

A MFP friend (I miss you, Sax!) said once that MFP is like training wheels... once you learn how you're supposed to live your life you won't need it anymore. I get sick of logging my food and some days I don't. Some weeks I don't. But, I always log my exercise, simply because I like to track my progress myself and the…

^^^ THIS almost exactly for me too. I liked 30 Day Shred and I'm doing Body Revolution right now --- my quads and arms are starting to look pretty good! I did TurboFire too and that helped my waistline and hips, but the weight work with Body Revolution is what is helping me get the visual results you asked about. I also…

<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< I kiss my baby biceps when no one's watching. ;)

Well, hello my Amazon friends! :) I'm 5'11" and have a normal frame. My heaviest ever was 187 (ridiculous) and my lowest since on MFP was 161. Right now I'm 163 and very comfortable with how I look. I'm concentrating on lifting right now (am doing Body Revolution) and am just working on toning things up. I carry my extra…

That rocks!!!! You should be thrilled not sad! Come on!

I just really can't decide if you're seriously looking for that kind of recipe or if you're sitting on your couch snickering at everyone posting ideas and tips and that really healthy looking un-cake-like quiche thingy.

Good post! I've consistently lied on my weight on my driver's license. I remember the day that I pulled it out for something or other and noticed the weight. I was so excited to tell my coworker that I'd dropped below my license weight! My license says 168 and I am a very happy 162. Related humor - I literally JUST went to…

Kudos to you! And, even bigger kudos for teaching and SHOWING your kiddos how to lead a healthy lifestyle!

That fact that you're even questioning it speaks volumes. What would you say to one of your girlfriends or sister or daughter if they came to you with that question? 145 vs 135? That's not obese and it's not overweight at your height. Sounds like you need to work on your self-esteem and find a partner that supports you,…
