I'm 5'11" and my husband of 12 years is 5'7" and he loves my height. Everyone in my immediate family is 5'11" or taller, but my husband is the tallest in his immediate family. Kind of funny. As a teenager and even in my 20's I was pretty self-conscious about it. Even now, if I had the choice, I'd like to knock off a couple…

Runtastic is another great app. You input all your personal data then choose what type of exercise you're doing (walking, running, biking, mountain biking, etc) and it gives you calorie count, avg speed, distance, etc. And, it can upload right to MFP. Good luck!

Skinny jeans on guys. Or, any girl over 17.

Yay. I drink 2 cups of coffee in the morning and then water the rest of the day. That's it. Nothing else. When I'm home I squirt lime juice in my water. When I'm at work I squirt Strawberry/Watermelon Mio. I like the taste. Until someone I trust tells me it's going to kill me, I'm going to keep squirting.

Humpty Dumpty Sour Cream and Onion Ripple Potato Chips. *drooling*

Congratulations! You look amazing!

Stick with TurboJam. I did the Learn and Burn a couple times and then had no problem keeping up with her. I did TJam for a couple months and then did TurboFire. The moves with TFire are basically the same as TJam, just much MUCH faster! They are both still may absolute favorites. Good luck to you!

I don't plan my meals around the calorie count, but I've been faithfully logging for about a year and a half and I'd say that I pretty consistently do 350/breakfast, 400/lunch, 400-500/dinner, and then a couple low-cal snacks throughout the day. It's worked well for me so far.

I also logged it as circuit training, as that is exactly what you're doing. Good luck!

I'd ask your trainer which exercises you can do to build up those muscles. Use heavy weights and get those muscles in shape and then knock his socks off!

You look amazing - and love the haircut!

One of my very best friends wants to run this on her birthday. I used to run a lot, but it's not my 1st choice of exercise anymore (bad knee). I am very excited! This will be my first race! Upcoming Race: 4th Annual Bug Run Location: Belfast, Maine Date: August 17th Duration: 5k Trail or Road: Road Goal Time: 30 minutes…

My hubby goes every once in a great while . I have no problem at all with it.

I step on every morning. I think it's more realistic than to weight myself once a week. If you're someone who will get all weepy if you don't see results every single day, or will freak if you see a small fluctuation from sodium, then it may be better to weight in every other week or so when you'll have bigger results.…

For me, I have a hard time doing hard-core cardio 1st thing in the morning... I just don't/can't give it 100% that early. However, days that I lift and do my upper/lower/core workouts I have no problem doing them in the morning. I'm usually in bed by 9:30 and up at 5:00 when it's a morning workout day for me.

You have a very hectic schedule! Is every single day like that for you? I used to feel guilty if I skipped exercising for a day, but I've really tried to stop feeling bad about it and I just work extra hard on the days I can get a good session in. If I can only do 60 minutes 3-4 days a week, I'm okay with that. Weeks that…

This. And, my stomach. I carry my weight in my hips/butt, so of course that is the last place I lose it. :)

Can you post what the challenge is? I'm up for it!

I'm in HR. Waiting to get out of here on a gorgeous sunny Friday afternoon!

1. What was your motivation to start losing the weight? I was starting to outgrow my size 12's. I just felt sluggish and wanted to be stronger. 2. What was your activity level before? I've always been active, but not nearly to the level I am now. Now I feel guilty if I skip a workout. My body misses it. 3. Do you do the…

Coconut water. Hands down. Just the thought is making my stomach roll.

This! I get lots of ideas by stalking my friends diaries. So, mine's open too. Fair is fair.

Love love love the 30DS! You'll probably see more in inches than you will in weight. AND, after a few weeks you'll be amazed at how fast you get into shape and how easy it becomes. I look back now at how hard it was for me just to finish the jumping jacks in Level 1, and now jumping jacks are just a basic warm up for me.…

My sister-in-law, also a MFP junkie, is doing ChaLEAN Extreme DVD series right now, by Chalene Johnson - who is just awesome!. It's all weight work and body resistance stuff. I did one of the workouts with her last week and if you want definition and toning I'd highly recommend it. Good luck!

I've never paid for a gym membership and I don't plan to. I have small children so trying to plan that time out of the house just doesn't work for me. I have an elliptical and do numerous DVDs: 30DS, TurboJam, TurboFire, and I go mountain biking when I can get away.

You've Got Mail.

I can probably quote this entire movie, line by line. Love it!

This is a hot topic and everyone has their own opinion. For me... I eat back my calories... to a point. For example: to maintain my current weight, MFP puts me at 1900 cals/day. To lose 1 lb/week, MFP set my goal at 1500 cals/day. If I do a 45-60 minute TurboFire workout I burn approx 500 cals. 1500 cals/day when doing an…

I'm an all around good person... I try to see the good in everyone and I want them to see the good in themselves.

That is a HUGE difference! Good for you!!!
