Ok, I am also giving it another go! I have not been logging consistently for well over 9 months (yikes), so its time to get back! I have been up and down the same 6 pounds for over a year and its time to lose these last 23 pounds!

You really do need to track your sodium. Also you can put your own recipes in MFP and break it down into servings so you know excatly what you are eating, I love it and use it all the time. I will tell you the same thing everyone told me when I asked basically the same question....You are not eating enough protein. MFP…
