I am getting really frustrated. The last few days I have exercised my butt off and eaten well (I think) and I have gained 4 lbs! Is there anyone who can take a look at my diet and exercise and tell me what I may be doing wrong? Any advice would really be appreciated. Thank You :)
Today is my first day and have noticed that I am 32 grams over on protein, but low on all others. Can anyone tell me what kind of problems can this cause?
