Today is my first day and have noticed that I am 32 grams over on protein, but low on all others. Can anyone tell me what kind of problems can this cause?

    nothing really - MFPs protein defaults are low. i shoot for at least 100g a day

    I agree, the site's protein's numbers are way too low. As with others, I shoot for roughly 75% of my goal weight in grams of protein per day. That works out to about 145g/day. The site gives me about 60.
    I think health issues from too much protein aren't a factor until you hit more than twice your weight in grams, which is seemingly impossible while trying to lose weight. The internet is full of info about it. Just drink a lot of water to flush yourself and you'll be ok.
