Mine's from a few years ago when I lost all of the weight that I wanted to. I need to retake new pics as that's about 2-3 years old!

If my wife wasn't understanding and didn't change our family's shopping habits to accomadate my new ways of eating I would have never had the will power to stay away from bad food for so long. You need to confront your husband and make sure he understands that he can eat this stuff but he can't tempt you with it as it's…

I feel for you! I truly hate most green vegetables and most of the time my gag reflex starts when I go near them haha... I know this is bad though as greens are probably one of the most healthy things one can eat. Lately, I have found a few things that work for better for me though...although calories go higher when…

Sometimes you hit a plateau and you need to switch up your routine a bit. Perhaps do more cardio or weights (whatever you were doing less of is a good start).

I'm doing p90x2 right now and I'm thinking of doing Insanity later this Summer once x2 is over! It sure does look insane!

I have played WOW before but my old time sink was Everquest--circa 1999 for quite a few years after as well... Anyway, you can still play but you have to also play this food/exercise journal game as well :)

This is definitely something I do lol, Watermelon is very volumetric, you can eat a half of a watermelon (if you could even do that as it's so much water) and it's only like 400 calories or something last time i measured it :)
-
I would also suggest eating high volumetric foods (big foods, low calories). By incorporating foods with a low calorie density, you eat more food, feel more satisfied and still take in less calories. Veggies, Popcorn, sugar free jellos, there are lists online of low cal high volume foods.

It's definitely possible! I lost 123 lbs in 9 months and have kept it off for over 3.5 years now! (well only 100+ lbs of it because I recently thought I could handle stopping food journaling and judge food myself but that was a 20lb failure!) It will take great discipline though, cheating rarely...good luck!

Thanks, I am hopping back on the wagon!
