Yeah, this program is amazing! I feel there is much room for improvement and I know I will see it with this program. I was winded heavily on plyometric cardio circuit this morning when I was in push up position doing some sort of ski jumps from side to side lol

When I'm in weight loss mode I'm cold. When I'm on eating more I get hot. So, I'm sure your metabolic rate changes the way you feel temperature.

My weight loss tapered down from 3lbs a week after 6 months I suppose but after I started incorporating resistance workouts it broke through the plateau.

It's a DVD program you can purchase online through the official beachbody store OR you can go to Ebay and buy it used (I notice one there for $45 shipped right now). Super awesome job on your fit test! I did mine this morning but my results are recorded at home. I know I do have a lot of room for improvement though--which of course motivates me!

I lost my last 30 by incorporating weights... I was only doing cardio for the first 90.

I've done research on diets and maintenance. The only thing that works is what works for you, not for someone else. If you are interested, I say try it, and see if it works, if not try something else, just don't give up.

Kids only eat the stuff we eat, if not, they don't eat! I am stopped from eating as I measure all of my food before a meal. Their food i unmeasured so it would take a calculation to figure theirs out which stops me as it probably wouldn't fit into the day anyway.

100mg of caffeine per day is not at all bad for you. It's equivalent to 2 cups of coffee. I would split that up in two doses for when you need it most...

I just want to point out that I still miss the steak bagel egg and cheese from there. I haven't had one since 2007 (or any red meat for that matter) but they make that food so addicting lol I still think about it!! Sorry for jumping in and derailing thread!

Yeah, I stopped shakes a few years ago. If they work for you and you aren't hungry and are meeting your goals, please continue but if they aren't then use food. I treat shakes like supplements, I only take them if i feel i'm lacking or can't obtain (food).
