I'm losing my last leg of my race. I began at 316(Idk but maybe heavier even) I have another
49 to go and reevaluate to maybe take another 5 off then. My question is ..
Once you got to a certain point did your weight loss tapper down? I was losing 4-5 per
month until I got under 190. Since it seems to be maybe 3 per month. I suppose this
might be most relevant to older, 30+ or insulin resistant ppl. I just wondered if this is par
for the course. Thanks for any replies.

My weight loss tapered down from 3lbs a week after 6 months I suppose but after I started incorporating resistance workouts it broke through the plateau.0

Thank you for the reply. Amazing transformation BTW. Great job.
Well I already strength train so just switching up your routine helped
and increased your loss rate? Thanks again.0
