ive just finished week 3 month one and if you have enough room to do a pressup and move a foot either way you should have enough room .....with some of the other moves you can change them so your not using up as much room as them on the dvds

in my opinion you have got this all wrong there is a healthy way and a unhealthy way to do this ... healthy way is to eat right exercise and make sure you fuel your body .... this week alone i lost over 2.5lbs im eating around 2000 calories and doing the insanity program the unhealthy way cut out as many calories possible…

are you that clueless? its a healthy goal as long as its done right ....most people on here are calorie counting and as long as they have over 1200 calories a day and dont exercise excessively then its fine ....if any of them are on programs like insanity burning around 700 calories in 40 mins and on a low calorie diet…

im on week three i weigh in and measure on fridays last friday i had lost 2lbs form the start of insanity and 6.5 inches ...cant wait to finish the program and compare the pics

haha ye i was exactly the same wednesday and thursday of week one but once it goes the workouts are fun again ...your legs ache and get tired but dont hurt and make you walk funny

its exactly what its called im in my second week and seeing results within my self ...from push ups on my knees to toes and thats in a week ....my wife also noticed that i was cleaner and more controlled with the work out this week ...loved that ...lost a few inches off the body and lost a lb

im on week two of insanity and its hard but already seeing results ....after a week i went from pushups on my knees to feet....my fitness level improving lost a lb and a few inches off the body ....highly recommend to anyone that has the will to beat the program

well pure cardio for me today and i loved it to the point im thinking on doing it again later tonight

5 stone within 4 years ...combination of medication,huge portions,not enough exercise and contentment have lost over a stone since being at my heaviest but still a couple more to go
