I am afraid that my hrm is overestimating. I subtract 200-300 calories from my hrm. I am just a little down, I needed to vent. I probably just need to cut back a little on exercise. I bought it a couple of months ago. Its got some good recipes in it, but you really got to watch the sodium. She is really creative though, I am finishing off a batch of chocolate muffins, which are the best thing I have ever made(low calorie). It was worth buying!

It has no chest strap, but Ive taken my pulse after doing taebo and it was 155. That just seems like a lot of calories.

I got one at walmart last nite for 30.00. I used it this morning, and its pretty easy to use. I just hope its accurate. Its called sportline s7.

My calves are killing me, and I only made it halfway through the pushups yesterday. I think I did a couple more today. I'm ready for day 3 though! Hopefully the pain will subside soon.

So my net should be 1200 or more? Mine has only been over one day in the last seven days, and about 800 the rest. Is that why the scale has been going up?

I got the dvd and 2 pound weights today. Is the workout only 20 mins? That doesn't seem like it will do much. I've been doing taebo every other day, but I'm not losing weight. I want to burn fat, will this work?

I was the same way. I have to physically remove food, and put it out of my reach. I can't just split portions on my plate. And I have to quickly throw my daughter's food in the garbage when she is finished to avoid eating her food. People say that lowfat is not the way to go, but for me it is. I got the hungry girl…

You need to go to the hungry girl website. She has some really good ideas. They aren't bad with a spicy marinara, alot of red pepper flakes. The fishy smell really threw me off. I hate the smell of fish. I just have to rinse them very quickly. Good luck!

Try shirataki tofu noodles as a pasta swap. I absolutely can't live without pasta, but even with whole wheat the serving size it tiny. So I switched to the tofu noodle sub, and its really not bad. And the serving size is huge. Well worth 40 calories!

Welcome. and good luck! I think you can lose weight without exercise, but you can't indulge near as much. My love of food is my motivation to exercise no matter how tired I am. You can do it, just try to find something you don't dread.
