I am actually losing at a steady pace now that I raised my calories. One pound a week, although I have it set to 1\2 a pound. Plus I am not near as hungry! Good luck!

If you are gonna do 1200 calories, then I suggest you eat your exercise calories.

Why don't you try exercising, even just a little. It will make you feel better about eating a not so healthy dinner. I really dont think that 1200 calories is a good idea for someone your age. Just try to get active. I know how hard it is to be 16 and overweight, but your health is more important than trying to get thin.

My hrm gives higher calories burned than mfp, usually by 100 or more. So I always subtract 100 from my hrm. I would rather underestimate than overestimate.

Yes, for the most part. I try to have protein and a carb everytime I eat. Plus I started making protein shakes after my workout. Just a banana, almond milk, and vanilla protein powder. But the oatmeal or cream of wheat with protein powder is so nasty. I actually gagged on the oatmeal recipe.

I could not live without milk. Honestly! I have a cup of 1% every night before bed. I couldn't go to sleep without it.

One word Taebo! I burn 700-800 calories in 50 minutes. I'm doing insanity now and only burning 600, when I'm about to die. Plus taebo is alot more fun.

I'm sure I over did it yesterday too. I usually workout for a 45 minutes a day, but yesterday I did shred in the morning. Then I got my insanity and was so excited I did the fit test and day 2. I know I shoulda stopped after the fit test.

I'm doing insanity today, but it started after doing back rows(I think), I moved up to a 5 lb weight.

I work out between 9 and 10 every morning (during Sesame Street). If it gets to be lunch time and no exercise, then it doesn't get done.
