Does mfp give same calories burned for all weights?
I did Jillian micheals 30 day shred lvl1 and 2 and my hrm said 703, but mfp says 424( or close to it). Is mfp figuring in my weight, age, and height? Or should I trust my hrm?

I got a hrm, then returned it for one with a chest strap. They measured the same. About 400 calories during 30 day shred and 850 during taebo. I am 5'3" and 181 pounds. I feel really guilty eating the calories I burned during exe

Does anyone else get nausea after exercising?
I do taebo(45mins) every other day about 30mins to 1hr after eating breakfast. Right afterward I get nauseous. I would really like to know if anyone knows why or how to stop it. Thanks!

Has anyone else tried shirataki tofu noodles?
I just tried them tonight, and the fishy smell really threw me off. They would probably be better with a better sauce. Does anyone have any ideas on how to make them edible? I just hate to not try to work with them, because the calorie count compared to pasta is incredible. Please help!
