I have been doing insanity (week 4), and on Fri day when I weighed in I had gained a pound. Yesterday way my rest day, and this morning I had lost 4 pounds. I weighed three different times ( like I always do), and still 4 pounds. Would I lose that much water weight from just resting? This is the first week that I didn't exercise on my rest day, but maybe I should.

Yeah... your body holds water when it's getting used to a new, harder workout so that makes sense. Keep weighing right after your rest day so it's more accurate and to keep from being discouraged!0
