I'd love to join and lose 30 lbs by Christmas. My overal goal is 65 lbs by April 15th I'm going on a cruise and would like to buy all of my clothes from the small side of the stores. CW 215:grumble: xmas 185 :smile:

I can order them off the Tumaro website. I have used netrition in the past also with great results.

Saverys_gal Thank you so much for the info. I just looked them up online and they have at least 200 mg less sodium than the ones i'm using now. I can't get them in my area but I can order them online. Thanks again. Debbie

Does anyone know of a low carb wrap that isn't loaded with sodium. I've noticed if the carbs are low the sodium goes thru the roof. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Goals for September 1. Low carb high protein all month 2. Exercise at least five day a week 45 minutes per day 3. At least eight glasses of water per day I try not to set goals for weight loss as their are to many variables. Good luck to everyone:wink:

I just wanted to thank everyone for you answers on how to handle naysayers. I must tell you I spoke to one of them and tried to explain that this is what works for me and her answer was as long as its working keep up the good work.:happy:

I've been doing it on and off for 2 years. I have decided to be very strict with the carbs but also trying to keep fat and sodium on the lower side. My only problem is getting all of my calories in. I was wondering if I could join your group. It's very difficult to get support when you say your doing the low carb thing. I have been trying to lower my carbs (i am type 2) but by lowering my carb intake I have not had to take any medications. I would love to have a group that would support this woe.
