  • Welcome! I find that making the Myfitnesspal website my home page on my computer. I'm on my computer a lot, so when I see it, it's a great reminder to stick to my better eating habits.
  • That's similar to what I do. I save tv shows to watch while I work out. I use an aerobic step and some weights and watch a show on Hulu. Baby steps, right?
