You may not be eating enough fats and proteins. Im on 1200-1300 with no hair loss. Try taking a biotin supplement.

sautee it with julienne cut johnsonville smoke turkey sausage links, green bell peppers and extra virgin oil with a little sugar (to kick the bitterness), pepper and sea salt. Cut the cabbage in thin strips it cooks faster. Let is sautee for about 30 to 40 mins. i eat this at least once a week.

GREAT RESPONSE WHICH IS EXACTLY WHY I DON'T WATCH IT. I THINK THE SHOW IS MOTIVATIONAL FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT BUT NOT FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE ACTUALLY DIETING AND WORKING TOWARDS HIS/HER WEIGHT LOSS GOALS.

try unsweetened almond milk with your cereal. only has about 1 gram of proteien. milk, low fat and skim has about 6-7 grams.

actually i don't mind the scale, its the tape measure that i want to wrap around a tree. For some strange reason i'm losing weight and i'm dropping in clothes sizes. But the measurements aren't dropping like i think they should be. i have concluded that i'm losing inches in places i'm not measuring:smile:

i sweat too hard to wear makeup. i try to remove as much of it as possible before heading to the gym afterwork. I've melting faces and hanging lashes in the gym. Very funny!
