[/quote] As I've lost weight, I've found that lifting weights can help. Chest presses, even with just hand weights, can tighten the muscles behind the chest tissue. Also, there are different types of tricep and arm movements you can do to tighten what I lovingly refer too as "armpit boob" - that little fleshy pocket…

saving for later... thanks!

I have a windows phone. Will have to see if that app is available.

Yep, still plugging along on my JM beginners DVD. I want to get some weights and/or 30 DS. The beginner one is getting too easy. Gonna get my measurements done tonight to see what, if any progress was made in the last 30 days.

Mines open too, and btw is orthostatic hypotension the condition that makes you dizzy when you stand up from sitting or laying down a lot of times? I think I have been told I have that, but was never told anything could help it.

I have noticed that where I stand on my scale can make a difference also. Too close to the top its one thing, in the middle it is another, and close to the bottom can be a third. So I try to line my toes up in the same spot every morning.

Umm, maybe she has hers set to maintain maybe? Idk, really, that is strange.

Been plugging along, only missed one day each week so far... JM, the woman we all love to hate!

I have a targeted case manager for my kids. Not sure if that is only for mental health issues though. Our TCM coordinates all the services the kids get; talk/play therapy, behavior modification, attends school meetings, doctors appts, court issues, and walked us through the process of getting each of my kids into the…

She is 2 hours away and I don't have a car. All I can do is keep calling. The squeeky wheel gets the oil and all. The head therapist did call me back fairly quickly though, and said that she did talk to Christal about having the male therapist, and Christal was hesitant, but agreed, as long as the head therapist was also…

I think that is an awesome idea. I just got home from admitting my daughter to a residential treatment center for 3-6 months (depending on how she does). She has emotional/mental/behavioral disabilities. And my son has bipolar disorder. I know I have added stress, and people who understand the frustration would be helpful…

Done! And now I'm gonna have to figure out what the heck burpees are. I already hate planks, and if burpees require wrist strength then I'm screwed. Push ups hurt my wrists too.

Bump to read later

Done! Really wish I had a clue how many calories I actually burn going this!

I often track breakfast, lunch, and dinner before breakfast, then I know how much I have left for snacks, which I track as I eat them usually, and how much I need to exercise.

day 9 done! So glad for this challenge keeping me motivated!

I was just going to ask this. It seems since I started consistently working out my weight loss has stalled. So I am guessing I am either not eating back enough exercise cals, eating back too many, or I am losing inches and gaining muscle. I just did measurements last week, so can't really check that yet. Any ideas? I can't…

day 8 done! And I also feel better after working out!

Bump as I have been anemic forever!

Found it! I am done! And I am glad that I am not the only one slow on getting up off the floor!
-
I swear I am going to get to this today. Just seem to have misplaced my motivation for a minute.

Lol, I was enjoying that post too ... Made me laugh in spite of my crappy day.
