I want to be able to shop in the 5-7-9 store. Have never ever been able to do that. Now I'm not even sure it still exists. But ya, my goal is to be at least a size 9. Don't care what my weight is if I can fit in that and look ok. I am currently in a loose size 18 (started in a tight 24-26)

I would like to join, except I have no way of knowing how far I have walked, though I am pretty sure I have a 4ish mile walking path already, and I have an exactly 2 miles walk one way I take occasionally. So ya, maybe I can try this. May not make 125 miles exactly, but will be close, I hope.

This definitely sounds good, but it can't possibly be good for you. I mean 1 cup butter, 1 1/2 cups sugar? Ya, its whole wheat flour, but still... I, at least, could never make this. I have not got enough self control to leave a bowl of cookie dough alone in the fridge. How much is a serving, anyway?

I just took a carrot cake out of the oven with pumpkin instead of the oil and eggs. Just 1 box of supermoist carrot cake mix and 15 oz of pumpkin. Stirred it well, it was real stiff, and spread it in a 9X13 pan and baked it at 400 for 20 minutes. 24 pieces were 73 calories each, and soo yummy!

It's not that bad. No, idiot, it was that bad. And worse. So glad I finally opened my eyes and got help. This is about food and being fat, but also soo much more. Life went to crap for a while and everything was that bad...

Trash bags for all those garbage cans :) and I know it's tempting to get the cheapy $ tree ones, but don't. Get the good ones. I like who ever makes the gripper ones. Trust me you don't want to be picking up trash off the floor where your bag broke. And having the bag fall into the can everytime you put stuff in sucks too.…

I am starting w1d1 this evening. Have to wait till its not above 90 with a "feels like" of above 100. I am definitely not a "runner" either. More of a "wogger" lol! But I want to be. So I am gonna try. Anyone else struggling to push through and do this, friend me, the the more the merrier!

Wow, thanks for all the replies. I think I will get on the computer later and try to do a side by side comparison... Logically I know I am changing, some days its just harder to see. And a new outfit that actually fits me right would probably help too.

I am working on that. Just finished the 30, well 27, day shred, and am starting No more Trouble Zones and C25K tomorrow. I can't afford a gym membership or free weights at home really. I am starting with 3 pound weights, then moving up to 5s, then 8s, etc.

Level 3 definitely sucks. It goes really fast though once I get started. I also modify the heck out of it though. I can't do the sumo squat jumps, so I just do them really fast staying on the ground. The walking plank and traveling push ups both get done on my knees, though I did do like 3 walking planks Natalie style…

Ahh, that helps. Thank you. Don't really care for devils food anyway, so was going to have to recalculate, but measuring out cups instead of tablespoons, or weighing 3 tbs and figuring it that way had not occurred to me. Thanks!
