I'd like to join. I'm moving into my first apartment, and I just picked up my key to the company gym (which I can visit during my hour lunch break). I need some motivation. Since I started work I've gained nearly 20 lbs (I sit at a desk all day). I could really use the help, and the company, on my way back down to size.
Staring Weight: 174
Goals: Fit in my size 12 pants, weigh less than 160 lbs., and be more fit.
I'm hoping that with this new apartment I'll be able to slowly gather a new wardrobe (one with less XLs and Ls and more Ms)0 -

Couch to 5k Running plan right now. Run 30 minutes 4 days a week after completion. Find a good P90x-like fitness plan. Turn my boyfriend into my personal trainer.0
