10 week goal size: Size 4 and 25/26 in pants
Fitness goals: 10 tricep "pushup parties" on feet, workout 5 days a week(at least), run at least twice a week and be able to run a 10k
These goals are not that hard for me, after 30 days of 95% effort I was a size 4, the fitness goals are what will challenge me!0
