    I'm currently recovering from surgery -- therefore my first two weeks may be limited results but I fully intend to participate to my ability, and get back to my 300-350 minutes of cardio a week.

    I'm 5'4.5"
    CW:140ish.. (will update in group before monday)
    Current clothing size: 6/8 and 28 in pants

    10 week goal weight: 125
    10 week goal size: Size 4 and 25/26 in pants

    Fitness goals: 10 tricep "pushup parties" on feet, workout 5 days a week(at least), run at least twice a week and be able to run a 10k

    These goals are not that hard for me, after 30 days of 95% effort I was a size 4, the fitness goals are what will challenge me!
