I am trying to make a big pot of homemade chicken soup (boneless skinless breasts, chopped carrots, onions and celery and seasonings) & then I was gonna just boil some egg noodles separately so they don't absorb too much broth as left overs, but I have no clue how to calculate nutrition or serving size due to evaporation…

Feeling bloated?
It seems I often feel bloated. What would be the easiest way to figure out which food/foods are causing it so I can eliminate them? Its basically, I think, either dairy or gluten. Should I just eliminate one for a week or so, then eliminate the other, and see which week is better? Or could it be another type of food…

First, how should I log it? I don't have a HRM, and can't afford one, and I have a Windows phone, so there are still not many apps available. Second, if I am doing the actual C25K Monday, Wednesday, Friday, should I do no cardio on the other days, or just walk the other days?

Quick, before its done!
Should I be weighing my chicken breasts before cooking or after? Its boneless skinless. Frozen it weighed 7.3 ounces, defrosted, raw it was 6.4 ounces. I'm sure it'll be less cooked. There is an entry in the database for grilled chicken breast. I would think using that one, I'd weigh after. Right?

30ds question...
I've heard that JM does not do enough of a warm up or cool down on this. Can I get some suggestions, especially for extra warm up things? Right now I am doing the 30 ds at about 6 am. Jumping jacks are still hard for me anytime, but my knees and ankles really struggle at first, so I think I need more of a warm up.
