sit ups challenge question ...

Would I be best off focusing on the sit ups challenge first, then doing the squats one, then doing the push ups one? Finishing each before starting the next? Thats what I think anyway. I don't want to kill myself, lol. I am pretty sure I will be starting in the first column on week 1 on each. Don't even think I can do ANY push ups right now. And would all of this count as strength training?
