carbs with low/no sugar?
What are some carbs that are low to no sugar? I always have extra carbs to eat, but never sugar ... Can have protein or fat, and low sugar would not be horrible, but most I can think of have moderate to high amounts of sugar if it is also higher carb... Suggestions?

How the heck do you determine the amount of servings in a dish and the size of each serving, besides the obvious way of waiting til its done and using a measuring cup and counting?
