Sorry if this has been discussed a million times, but I could not find a post that spelled it out for me.
What is the best, generally, percentage to have macros set to? I have been trying to increase protein and get rid of the diet mentality that has me wanting to eat only fat free or sugar free things, because I hardly ever meet my daily calorie goal. In fact, I usually only meet (exceed actually) the goals for fiber and sugars. Any advise will be helpful. Thanks!
