level 3 of 30 DS

So tomorrow is day 10 on level 2 for me. I watched level 3 this morning after I did level 2 day 9 today. Anyone have any wise words for me to psych me up for level 3? Please? Kinda getting anxious, looks like a lot of explosive jumping...

    My coworkers and I started level 3 today at work and it's hard. It's not too bad if you modify some of the moves, just follow Anita on the DVD. We were all exhausted afterwards, but I felt great because I was pushing myself. It's been 30 minutes since the workout and my arms still feel tired. I think Level 1 focused on arms, Level 2 focused on legs, and Level 3 incorporates both arms and legs. If you made it through the first 2 levels, you can definately do Level 3.

    How did you find Level 1? I'm on Level 1 Day 5 tomorrow and I watched Level 2 and it looks hard.

    Don't let it scare ya, like srhershey said, just follow Anita through the tough stuff. But think back to where you were when you started Level 1, and how much stronger you are now at the end of Level 2. You'll be knocking Level 3 out of the park in no time! :smile:
