Thanks for all the replies! As to how... I've been eating between 800 & 1000 cals a day, I walk 2.3 miles everyday (no matter what), I do between 15 & 30 mins of strength training daily, I never skip meals, lots of small meals (snacks) all day, up until 6:30 pm, then nothing but water.
