Hey, I am kinda new to the forums, been using the iPhone app all year and lost 50 lbs so far! :) I need some local friends to keep me motivated this Winter. It is my lazy season. I live in Rushville and go to Macomb occasionally. Add me and maybe we can workout sometime. :) James

Yeah it is pretty close to the west, sorry. But I'm only 50 minutes from Springfield, so that's closer to central. Either way just people in the general area would be nice. I might venture out to other towns once or twice a month and check out other gyms. The one here is outrageously priced for what little it has to offer.

Hey Knight, Currently the only calorie burning info I get from the app is under the cardio tab / weight training. I was told that the weight training is harder to judge because of variable like the amount of weight and number of reps. I hope they add that soon because I am upping my weight training this Winter. Thanks Aegelis, that at least tells me that my goal isn't too outrageous. Since I am not a "skinny guy" I don't know if I should follow that sort of workout, but it is good to know I am not setting the bar too high. Sent you an add Suzan, thanks. I do need some local support but I welcome all the help I can get. :)

I really need a good local support system, but I am open to non-local fitness junkies as well. Also any tips about protein intake and a healthy expectation for muscle gain over 3 months would be cool if anyone can help me out with that.
