I'm also needing the encouragement, and I'l be there to help anyone else that needs it. I'm 5'7" and 250lbs. Long term goal is 140-150lbs. I would love to lose at least 50lbs. by New Years, I'm only on my 2nd week on MFP.

Looking good!! :) I like to see progress pictures of people losing weight, that just motivates me that much more, because I know I can do it too. Keep up the good work and dont get discouraged.

Today is the first day to a "new" me. Just starting this so would like any and all encouragement. By Labor Day I'm going for a 15 lb. weight loss. My favorite scripture is Phillippians 4:13- I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
