I have the dvd and it's a lot of fun and a great cardio workout! but I wouldn't suggest it for toning really- he doesn't focus too much on abs, it's just a lot of dancing and jumping around. but I know shaun-t also has a hip hop abs dvd, maybe you'd be more interested in that. Good Luck!

Mine stopped to, I also lost 107lbs. It's been 2 months so far which isn't that long but I'm definitely gunna go to the dr and make sure everything is ok

I'm in! I started my no booze month on Sept 16th so I'll be done before the end of this month, but maybe I'll continue for the rest of the month! I have those stubborn final 10lbs left to loose so hopefully cutting out drinks will help make that scale go down

vanilla vodka with diet orange soda- tastes just like a creamsicle! also crystal light makes mocktails that you mix in with water and alcohol, they're great and really help cut the calories when drinking

Trader joes has 100 calorie chocolate bars that come in milk and dark which I find super helpful to curb the cravings, or skinny cow ice cream pops, they come in a bunch of chocolate flavors and are also 100 calories each

Low calorie baked apple- Rome apple with diet coke on it and cinnamon. Put it in the oven at 350 degrees and enjoy!

I cook my asparagus with slices of red peppers and marinate them in 1tbs balsamic vinegar and 1 tsp (or 1/2 tsp) of olive oil and then season with salt and pepper. Roast for 15 minutes at 400 degrees- it's delicious! I got the recipe from my biggest loser cookbook

There are a bunch of good gluten free/wheat free products out there but you have to be careful because they tend to be higher in calories than regular breads. Udi's makes good bread products that aren't that crazy in the calorie side also trader joes has a brown rice tortilla that is around 130 calories. Good luck!

Wow! That's awesome! I'm a size 12 shoe and I know how difficult it can be to find women's shoes in size 11/12. I hope my feet shrink too!
