I usually burn anywhere from 180-250. Question for everyone though - does anyone's HRM's glitch doing the 30DS? Mine (especially when doing ab work on the floor) will start beeping and tell me to check my HRM strap. It's NEVER done this for me during Zumba, etc....just Jillian videos when I'm on the floor.

This was a great thing to hear this morning, thank you! =)

I've been thinking of doing C25K....has anyone had any kind of foot surgery or foot injury and were successful at this? I had hammertoe surgery in college (about 4 years ago or so) and my foot still swells in the summer and is rock hard with cold in the winter, etc. I was thinking about going to a running store and getting…

Have you been tested for allergies? My sister suffered horrible migraines and after several years, they discovered she had a milk allergy (not lactose intolerant), but literally allergic to milk. It would cause sore throats, sinus infections, and migraines. She's gotten a lot better now that she doesn't drink milk anymore.

I just discovered it today and I'm so excited to see people with similar stats as I have! I'm 5'10", SW 240/CW: 233/GW: 160. I'm an hourglass, so even when I'm heavy, I have a very defined waist. I carry a LOT in my hips/butt/thighs area.

Normally, I'm a 10. I had foot surgery in college though, so my left foot can be an 11 in some shoes. I LOVE Target for shoes. I get adorable flats and heels in larger sizes. Their shoes usually go up to 11/12 in stores.

I'm currently 233 and in an 18. I was in a 16 bottom (I'm a textbook hourglass, so my boobs were a 14, waist was 10, and jeans were 16) about two years ago when I lost some weight and I actually felt super sexy and awesome, so I can't wait until I get down to my goal weight. I'll probably be running naked down the streets,…

I'm 5'10" and my fiance is 6'2"-6'3". I loooove that I can wear super-high heels and I can either be just a smidge shorter or at least the same height.

I'm 5'10", currently weight 233 and am wearing 18's. I want to get down to 160 pounds (this is a tentative goal weight...I can't remember when I was last that size, so I don't know how I will look). I have a great hourglass figure (big boobs, curvy hips, and tiny waist), and I don't want to be a stick. My main goal is to…

I currently weigh 233 and am in 18's. They don't fit everywhere though. I have gaps where my abdomen meets my legs.

Agreed. I very rarely watch TV. In fact, we don't have cable. My main show I watch is Warehouse 13 - a SyFy show that my fiance and I enjoy watching together. Other than that, the one time a month I sit down to watch something, I like to "zone out" and watch something like the Kardashians just because it's kind of like…

I looooove Jillian. I'm trying to collect all of her DVDs. Currently, I'm rotating between 30DS and Yoga Meltdown.

Nothing - I have non-Superbowl plans that day, and plan on eating regularly the entire day.

I just friended you! We're about an hour away from each other and I'm getting married a month before you. I don't know what size of dress I'm wanting to get, but I'm definitely wanting to lose about 40 lbs. total before I go try them on, and then hopefully lose another 40 lbs. before the wedding and have a dress that can…

That's amazing! Congrats on your hard work and thanks on the inspiration! I want to lose 80 pounds in a year.

The most my fiance and I have ever given each other is a card. We have a tradition where we go out for Chinese every year around Valentine's Day. That's it. We love it. =)

You look amazing! I'm your height and am wanting to lose around 80 total pounds....your pictures are definitely a motivation!

AKA crop dusting, lol. That's hysterical!!!

Haha, I know the feeling! I drink water all day long, and usually use the bathroom once every hour.

Haha, love it!

I love spaghetti squash! I've cooked it two different ways - the way most people have mentioned with cutting in half/scraping out seeds, cooking face-down in a pan. I've also just stabbed it a bunch of times with a knife and put it whole on a pan and cooked it that way as well. A lot easier to cut the second way since it…

My HRM doesn't like Jillian workouts. It seems to freak out when I do any floor work (abs, strength, etc) and my watch will keep beeping and telling me to check my HRM. I log what it gives me as my calories burned in MFP, but I don't think it's 100% accurate for those DVDs. P.S. It's not my HRM, because it had NEVER done…

Thanks!!!

And that is why I go to a "Zumba in the Dark!" class. Only problem is that when everyone else's glow bracelets are going right, mine are going left.

You look amaaaazing! Congrats on all your hard work!

I started laughing out loud in my office when I read that. "Now worked up to Bush's baked beans." Heehee. The first two times I did the 30DS, I didn't own weights and I just did it without them.

I'm actually going to Culver's tomorrow - my mom wants to run somewhere quick on the way to our meeting and wants Culver's. I've already logged what I'm going to order: chicken sandwich, green beans, & mashed potatoes & gravy. This is for dinner, and it will be roughly around 500 calories, which is what I usually allot for…

Heck yes they count! In my situation, I have an 8-year-old stepdaughter, but I'm her full-time mom. Her biological mother is worthless and has barely any contact, does not help support her, and I'M the one buying her clothes, helping her with homework, fixing her meals, and doing everything a mom does.
