Definite NO! I have skinny friends and when we all go out in heels, everyone, no matter their weight or fitness level has their shoes off at the end of the night, rubbing their feet in pain. Even SJP has been caught with band-aids on her feet in her heels!

I work on the 3rd floor in my building and will occasionally hike down to the first floor to use the bathroom. I can usually get in about 3 trips up and down the stairs a day. I also use my lunch hour to walk. We have a walking path and a gym at work so that makes it extremely convenient.

My point was I just LOVE eating! Healthy foods, crappy foods, drinks, salads, carrots, pies, buffets, apples, and that meal you wrote above, sounds fabulous! It all tastes so good, I could eat forever and ever and ever and EVER!!!!:love:
