Big issue for me too! Even when I log, all the foods I am logging are total crappola. I think the weekends are my enemy in general.

I usually measure out a few times until I really get a feel for something, and then I guesstimate. For instance, I always assumed my chicken breasts were 4oz.....turns out when I measured, they were actually 8!

Haha! I was surprised a cream puff is only 300-350 cals! I was expecting them to be around 800 per puff! But still, its basically 350 of pure fat calories I am sure! Eeek!

Whenever I need some stretching I do some sun salutations. I just picked one on youtube that popped up to show you how to do it.. After a while, you will memorize it and its easy to do a few of them in the morning or whenever you need a little stretch! http://youtu.be/ePwD_nELNWY

YESSSS! Those chair squats are brutal!! I would only use like 2.5lbs weights and I could barely lift my arms at that part! I haven't done the shred in awhile, but I remember distinctly hating those! Plain chicken breasts.....barf. I ALWAYS think they are undercooked, so I overcook them until they are dry and gnarly and its awful.
