I'm sure you will hear a lot of different responses -- I would suggest you to do a combination of strength training and cardio (Because that is what I found works best for me). MORE IMPORTANTLY, you need to find something that is realistic and works for YOU. Try out a few different things, be adventurous! :drinker:

My dinner is currently in the crock pot right now! We are doing pulled chicken sandwiches. Throw a few breasts in there with some chicken broth, and any spices you want! We like to make ours real spicy!

I would agree with the above poster, 30DS is circuit training. The C25K is a form of interval training at the beginning, but as you continue along the program it becomes just jogging/running. If you are looking to 'blast fat' through interval training, I would suggest doing a interval training with sprints or something…
