Lately I have been putting my yoplait light yogurts in the freezer and I have them as my bedtime snack. I'm terrible with portion control so this limits me to a serving size of only about 100 calories.

I am giving up booze and fast food. I don't really drink during the week, but I think I have been having too fun on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Funday and it is sabotaging my logging and eating choices. And yes, damn you shamrock shake.

I'm actually doing everything I want to today! Hanging up Christmas decorations, making a new recipe, and going on a dinner/movie date with my man! Pretty good Saturday! But if I wasn't watching my calories, I would definitely get dessert at dinner :happy:

L1 D1 -- I was under my calories and felt great to get the shred in before bed, except I was feeling restless all night. L1 D2 -- Complete! Cooking dinner currently, need to drink lots of water tonight, trying to stay hydrated. Keep it up everybody!!

Thanks for all the advice everyone!! So far we have bought a new metal crate. It's Kong brand and seems pretty durable so far.
