eat something high protein... it will keep you full longer and satisfied longer , the subway chicken breast sandwich ( I toss half the bread) works great... also get a back of almonds to stick in your pocket.

have you checked your measurements? you may be loosing inches and not weight.... and yes I know that can be so frustrating but keep going.. you are healthier, happier and it will get there :flowerforyou:

purging, enema and others mentioned are terrible advise... those are all unhealthy alternatives and teach eating disorder behaviors

Girl... be glad to be rid of him ... he is no good for you and your self esteem. When somebody loves you they don't bring you down, they lift you up, encourage all that you do and if you fail they applaud your effort. He is not worth your breath and congrats on your accomplishments. Please do me a favor .. lose this weight…

this is not a good thing.. you will loose water weight... and once you return to solids it will come back just as fast as it left. the only way to loose weight and keep it off is to modify you life style, if you cannot live with it for the rest of your life don't even bother with it.

Please rant all you want. It helps. I was raised under the same circumstances and I let it affect my life and it still does to this day. It made me a stronger person but also in the same breath it made me weak. I spend the last 3 decades trying to make somebody happy that clearly never will be and no matter what I did it…
