i have lost a stone in just over a month and the only difference i can tell is that my clothes feel slightly looser

all u can do is not worry about it and move on, today is a new day. we all have bad food days, just have to make sure it is not a regular thing :)

i just started it today and found it hard but i am extremly unfit. ive been told it gets easier the more you do it so i am gonna stick with it and see how i get on :)

i weigh in on a friday as i know that if i am gonna get a take away or eat out it will be on a friday or saturday. so if i weigh myself on friday i have all week to get back on track :)

the occasional unhealthy food is fine, jus as long as its not everyday :)

i have gone from a uk size 12 to uk size 22 in the 9 & 1/2 years me and my husband have been together. he never citicises me about weight and he is really supportive and encouraging. he is lucky and can eat anything he wants and never seems to gain a pound.

thanks for the replies. glad im not the only 1 who found it tough. i will try again tomorrow and hopefully it will be slightly easier. and yeah she really is pushy and mean lol. :)

i am trying to just weigh myself once a week as i was weighing myself every day and getting a tad obsessed. so my husband has hidden the scales for me and i am just going to weigh myself first thing on a friday morning :)

i eat back about 1/2 of my excercise calories as i think mfp's estimates are a quite high.
