weighing on a monday bad or good

So i weigh in on mondays but im thinking this is a bad idea as i have a take away on Friday with the friends.
was thinking of changing my weigh day from a monday to a friday or would it not make a difference.

it does not matter when as long as you are consistent on the day and time... focus on the doing and not so much on the scale..0

I weigh in on a Tuesday because I tend to be bad on a Friday and Saturday, it's the end of the week so i am done in so i end up going over by 100/200 kcals. I know I have Sunday, and Monday to get back on track. It works for me xxx0

I weigh in on a Monday so it is an incentive to not go too overboard at the weekend!0

i weigh in on a friday as i know that if i am gonna get a take away or eat out it will be on a friday or saturday. so if i weigh myself on friday i have all week to get back on track0

Doesn't matter which day you chose. I like Friday because my worst days are the weekends and then I have the whole week to recover before I weigh again.0
