I thought about the same thing. I work out usually at five am when I can get up :) and I dont eat either. I dont notice any weakness but I am usually starving right after but dont have time to eat until I get to work about an hour later! I was thinking of having a little peanut butter before but I like the OJ idea too.

I am far from over and not sure what I will do. I should be done by end of July. Was thinking taking break and doing other of her videos and then starting another round of BR in Sept. I was not able to do many moves without modifying so maybe I will try to improve on those. I am not familiar with any of the other programs…

Thanks for the suggestions and motivation! I hate to say I "fell off" this week and did not do a full week. And with the holiday weekend coming up Im thinking of just scrapping this week and starting Phase 2 all over beginning Monday...hopefully refreshed and ready to take on the balance challenge! :)

How do you know how many calories you burn? I still dont know how to log in the workouts. What do you do? I have only done workouts 1 and 2. Need to do cardio tonight. I find the fast pace a little difficult. I twisted my ankle at one point. Not bad but I guess I just move too slow. Need to work on that.

Hi! I got mine saturday and started this morning! Its good to have someone on exact same schedule. I have never fully committed to any exercise let alone one that goes every day so I hope I stick with it. Do you know how to log it into MFP?

How often is it supposed to be done ? I am finding that with a crazy schedule unfortunately I cant get it in everyday. Also, how do you know when to move on to level 2...after a certain number of times or when it feels too easy (which I cant imagine yet :).

I went to a nutrionist who really pushed protein. It keeps you full longer. Nuts and yogurt have protein but I try for 1/4 lb turkey or chicken rollups, 1 tB peanut butter, cottage cheese as snacks with TONS of water.
