  • On an average I have lost about 10lbs per month over the last 2.
  • Didn't look at your diary...but, I am betting it is water weight. I had a 6lb gain one week and freaked out. It was TOM and 3 days later those 6 and one more was gone. Remember to gain "actual" weight you would need to eat an extra 2500 cals in a week plus your reduction each day back.

  • I do an hour of cardio 7 days a week. Some days I do a little more depending on energy. I do the eliptical usually but sometimes I throw in the treadmill. Don't really like the bike anymore. I do my resistance 3 times a week(MWF).

  • I haven't tried it(allergic to blueberries) but one of the trainers at my gym said she does this with frozen blueberries. Let me know if it works!
