Cannot comment positively, have tried without sustaining luck. What would make you a worthy MFP? I know I would look forward to talking about working out, eating healthy, swapping meals, ect.

rest. ice, compression, elevate. if no swelling then go as long as you can then stop. if swelling ice for a week before working out.
