In Weight Watchers fruits and veggies are 0 points! I keep my sugar tracker on there for things like bread and pasta, but otherwise I follow the WW philosophy!

I have also been training for a 10K and found a lot of success simply Googling "10K Training in (insert legth of time) Weeks". You'll find a decent assortment of training schedules and I guarantee one will fit your timeline and your current abilities!

I tend to triple, sometimes quadruple, my sugar counts due to all the fruits and veggies I eat in a day. In Weight Watchers fruit and veggies are counted as 0 points, you can eat as much as you like. If it's good enough for Jennifer Hudson, it's good enough for me! :)
