  • Thanks for replying! The principle I follow is as long as I gross my BMR I am feeding my body. Excess energy above BMR comes from our reserves which we are trying to lose. I would never recomend to gross under your BMR because your body won't get the nutrients it needs. Netting under it is a completely different thing…
